Our Italian market first opened in 1984 with the original. It has been a staple in the Sarasota community for over 35 years.
Today Casa Italia is owned by Executive Chef Frank Silvestro. As a classically trained chef, he brings his Sicilian and Cajun roots from Staten Island, NY and Shreveport, LA to elevate the food to high class levels.
